The Full Day

Updated 16 June 2026 · We visit. We don't sell placement.

The classic. First ferry over, two beaches, a watersport or a viewpoint, a proper seafood lunch, and the late ferry home.

Good for: Anyone wanting the complete day-trip without the overnight.

The full day is the sweet spot for a first visit — enough time to see two beaches, get in the water properly, add a viewpoint or a watersport, and have a long lunch, without the commitment of an overnight. Land early, base yourself somewhere good, and use a songthaew or a scooter to mix a lively beach with a quieter one. It's the itinerary we'd point most people to.

Duration
~7–8 hours
Rough cost
From ~400–900฿+ per person: ferry ~80฿ return, songthaews ~100–200฿, lunch ~200฿, optional watersport ~200–500฿, water and snacks.
What to book
No advance booking needed; just go early. If you want a specific quiet beach, a speedboat charter can be arranged at the pier on the day.
Getting around
Two beaches plus a hill stop — a light loop, easiest by scooter or a couple of songthaew hops.
